The basis of IWS were set in Bucharest, in 2004, and, after signing an exclusive consultancy contract with Innovative Trends Corporation, the name of the firm changes to Innovative Web Services S.R.L. In march 2005, it is signed a consultancy contract exclusively with the firm Innovative Trends Corporation and on the basis of that contract the name of the firm changes to Innovative Web Services S.R.L., the structure of the share-holders changes this way: Alina Modiga and Alina Pufu give all the social parts to Drago? Pufu. The social capital of the firm is raised to 6.000 RON (60.000.000 ROL), and the administrative space and working are moved to Casa Presei, the moving being necessary because of the increase of employees and number of projects. Over the year 2005 there are made great investments in logistics, there are made new work places and new projects are launched with an amasing success. In march of the year 2006, the structure of share-holders changes again, the firm getting a new share-holder from the newly formed team ,Alexandru P?un, him, entering as a partner with full rights in the company and receiving 10% of the shares from IWS and the position of executive director, IWS rewarding thus the intense participation at the development of projects, as well as the proven loyalty over the entire period.
